Bangkok Beauty Shows: Turn Ingredient Presentations into an OEM Evidence Brief
Use COSMEX and in-cosmetics Asia to connect ingredient evidence, final formula testing and filled-pack approval without copying supplier claims.

Use an ingredient seminar to identify questions for the lab, then use OEM and packaging meetings to confirm who will answer them on the finished product. Do not carry a supplier’s ingredient result straight onto a retail label.
Know which show answers which question
COSMEX and in-cosmetics Asia are scheduled for November 3–5 at BITEC, Bangkok. COSMEX covers manufacturing and packaging; the in-cosmetics Asia technical program covers ingredients and formulation. The organizers’ information was checked on November 4. This guide does not imply that JunChun has a booth or attended a session.
Capture the evidence behind the slide
Record the ingredient identity, tested concentration, vehicle, control, substrate, application and measured outcome. For a hair-conditioning ingredient, distinguish a lower combing force in a lab study from a preference reported by salon users. Ask for the full method and whether the supplier can share it under agreed terms.
Translate the research into a finished brief
Identify the buyer’s most important claim, the proposed finished formula and what changes when the ingredient is put into that formula. Request a compatible benchmark and agree which test result would justify moving ahead. Keep benefit testing separate from stability, preservation and package compatibility. A new pack can alter delivery even when the formula stays unchanged.
Assign owners before comparing quotes
Record which party supplies material data, manufactures samples, arranges third-party tests and owns label review. JunChun can discuss formulation, packaging and export coordination; ask for the actual scope and minimums. Separate qualified stock options from new package requests, reviewed from 500 pieces subject to process.
