Formula Architecture
A sulfate-free and no-added-sodium-chloride system can use mild surfactants such as Sodium Methyl Cocoyl Taurate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate and Decyl Glucoside. Viscosity should be built with polymeric or starch-based thickeners instead of relying on sodium chloride.
