Cosmopack Asia 2026: Build a Comparable Hair-Care RFQ
Prepare a hair-care RFQ for Cosmopack Asia 2026: compare formula scope, packaging, testing, MOQ and delivery terms across suppliers before committing.

Choose the venue by the buying job
The organizer identifies Cosmopack Asia with the beauty supply chain, including contract manufacturing, private labels, ingredients and packaging. Cosmoprof Asia includes finished products and professional hair and salon categories. These are Hong Kong events; do not confuse their dates or venues with a Dubai exhibition. The information was checked against the organizer on 1 November.
Write one brief that suppliers can actually quote
For a scalp-serum project, state the market, intended cosmetic benefit, application routine, capacity, formula-development route and proposed quantity. Separate a supplied 60 ml dropper presentation from a guaranteed stock component. Identify the expected bottle, closure, applicator, decoration and secondary pack; otherwise two prices may cover materially different products.
Separate the commercial lines
Ask for the finished-unit scope, sample work, component minimums, testing, documentation, decoration, freight and delivery basis as separate items. Record currency and quotation validity. Compare the same approved pack at the same quantity before deciding which supplier is cheaper. A low minimum for a stock formula does not automatically apply to custom packaging.
Turn the meeting into an approval plan
Bring a benchmark and one unacceptable result, such as sticky roots or pipette leakage. Request sample codes and a written plan for the relevant formulation, dispensing, stability and quality checks. Decide who reviews results and what triggers resampling. A brochure, attractive bottle or brief demonstration does not substitute for the selected finished-product evidence.
