Chelating Hair-Care OEM: Separate Deposit Removal, Color and Conditioning

Compare chelating hair-care OEM routes using deposit-removal evidence, color behavior, conditioning and the total cost of the approved routine.

Buyer evaluation diagram comparing deposits, color, condition
Treat deposit removal, color behavior and conditioning as separate approval gates. A hard-water project should identify the intended deposits and routine before comparing shampoos, treatments or multi-step systems.

Specify the problem and reference

Record the target market, water source, hair treatments and current routine. Distinguish cleaning oil or styling residue from a claim about defined mineral deposits. Ask the evaluator how the starting substrate and deposition conditions will be controlled. Do not present a clear water beaker, strong lather or a chelator on an ingredient list as complete finished-product evidence.

Request a relevant comparison plan

Agree controls, use amount, contact conditions and an analytical or instrumental endpoint suited to the proposed wording. Record the limits of the method and ask how many independent replicates are needed. A supplier’s ingredient demonstration can guide formulation work, but the approved finished formula needs its own assessment. This article recommends a briefing process; it does not establish a removal percentage.

Add a salon compatibility gate

Evaluate wet handling, dry feel, color appearance and the next routine step on the hair types actually sold into the channel. Keep color-maintenance claims separate from deposit removal. A shampoo suitable for a periodic reset is not automatically a replacement for daily cleansing or a professional pretreatment. Define usage frequency and any service restrictions with the approved technical directions.

Compare the system cost

OLAPLEX’s official chelating-treatment explanation shows that a professional treatment can be positioned separately from ordinary cleansing; its brand claims are not transferred here. Ask JunChun to compare the existing GLDA-positioned shampoo route with the intended conditioning step. Quote fill, packaging, supporting evaluation and export documentation separately, then judge the total routine rather than the lowest shampoo bottle price.

Buyer FAQ

Can we claim all metals are removed?

Only the tested scope and supported wording should be used.

Does a chelating ingredient establish color safety?

No. Color behavior needs relevant evaluation of the finished product and routine.

Should the project copy a professional treatment’s directions?

No. Directions must fit the selected formula and intended use.

Discuss your formula and packaging brief

Selected mature formulas with eligible in-stock packaging may start at 100 pcs per SKU. Packaging changes start at 500 pcs per SKU, subject to component and decoration process. Send your target market, customer problem, pack size, quantity and preferred formula route to info@junchunbeauty.com for a sample and quotation review. Formula availability, project documents and any additional testing are confirmed for the exact order.
