Shower Oil Gel Refill OEM: Quote the Refill and Retail Bottle Together
Build a shower oil gel refill brief around the retail bottle, closure and actual formula. Compare component minimums and total launch stock before ordering.

JunChun Beauty Editorial Team · 17 October 2026
Quote a shower oil gel refill together with the bottle it is meant to refill. The formula, transfer opening, closure and retail dispenser need a coordinated brief; a refill price alone does not establish a practical or economical launch.
A lower pack price can hide a second inventory commitment
A distributor may request a refill to reduce packaging cost, then discover that the pouch and the retail bottle have separate minimums. The useful comparison is the full launch: filled retail packs, refill packs, decoration and the stock needed to support both.
Compare like-for-like quantities and net contents in the quotation. A larger refill is not automatically cheaper per usable application once handling, residual product and the selected dispenser are considered. Work from the actual approved proposal rather than a general refill-is-cheaper assumption.
Start with the retail bottle the customer will keep
Identify its opening, closure, dispenser and intended use. Ask whether the customer can transfer the product into that bottle in a controlled way using the proposed refill. If a pump is involved, evaluate the actual shower oil gel through that pump rather than treating any oil or gel sample as interchangeable.
A stand-up pouch, a rigid refill bottle and a larger professional container are different packaging projects. Choose the route that fits the audience and distribution plan. Do not describe a proposed pouch or 5 L container as an available stock component until the factory confirms it.
Keep the formula identity clear across both formats
Ask JunChun to identify whether the retail and refill packs contain the same approved formula. If they differ, make that difference explicit before approving the label. The sample code, complete INCI and agreed use directions should match what is actually being supplied.
The existing sweet-almond and niacinamide shower oil gel is an OEM discussion route. It does not establish equivalence to a premium retail brand’s shower oil, a particular oil percentage or compatibility with a new pouch. Any formula or packaging change needs its own review.
Use an established refill as a format example
L’Occitane’s official Almond Shower Oil Refill page, checked 17 October 2026, shows a refill offered alongside other pack sizes. This is evidence of an established retail format, not proof of a new market surge or a specification for JunChun’s product.
Treat a refill concept as a buying option to evaluate. Do not claim reduced environmental impact from the word refill alone; a quantified comparison would need a defined basis. Do not transfer the reference brand’s composition, performance or use instructions to the proposed OEM formula.
Approve instructions and commercial scope before printing
Agree the product-specific refilling directions and any handling precautions with the technical team. Do not tell customers to dilute the product or mix remaining liquids merely to simplify the marketing message. The formula and use assessment must support the final instructions.
Ask the quotation to separate the retail bottle, refill component, formula, label and carton. Confirm the minimum for each format. A selected mature formula in eligible stock packaging may suit a 100-piece trial, while a new refill component or printing process can require another quantity.
For a focused launch, JunChun can review the existing shower-oil-gel route and a possible refill extension as linked decisions. Resolve the package and formula first; then decide whether customer repeat purchases justify holding the second format.
Frequently asked questions
Is a refill pouch already available at 100 pieces?
No stock or minimum is confirmed for a new pouch. The actual component, formula and printing route determine feasibility.
Can a refill use a different formula under the same label?
The approved product identity and label must match the formula actually supplied. Review any proposed difference before printing.
Does refill mean the formula should be diluted?
No. Do not introduce dilution instructions unless the actual product and approved directions support them.
What should a comparable quote include?
Net content, formula identity, retail and refill components, decoration, minimums and the complete quantities planned for the launch.

Request a suitable sample and quotation
Send your target market, customer routine, preferred pack and quantity to JunChun or info@junchunbeauty.com. Ask for the closest suitable mature formula, the exact sample and pack to approve, and an itemized quotation. Selected mature formulas with eligible stock packaging may start at 100 pieces per SKU. Packaging changes are reviewed from 500 pieces; the actual component, decoration and formula route determine the confirmed minimum.
